About Our Business

Jeff McGrath, instructor, is a Master Electrician in the States of Maine and New Hampshire. Approved in both states as a NEC Code provider. Not yet providing for the states of Massachusetts and Vermont but hopeful to obtain the providership for 2023. Stay tuned

    He is also an Electrical and Core Instructor for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), in conjunction with the Contren Learning Series. Jeff is also a voting member in the NFPA on the Electrical Board and Education Board.  

    We offer monthly the 15 Hour and quarterly the 45 Hour Code Classes. Also, a state approved and recognized 576 Electricians' Courses. We do hold a 15 hour update classes every month.

Jeff also offers, for continuing education, a 15 or 8 hour training program in regards to the current Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace, NFPA 70E, training in arc flash procedures and understanding the National Electrical Code requirements associated with safety-related work practices. This course is offered at our facility or can be done at yours.
    We also offer CPR/AED First Aid training. Through the American Red Cross program, a 2 year certificate can be obtained with the program that is given at our facilities. This can be geared towards specific trades. You will be trained in how to react and administer help to those in need. For some trades this is can be an OSHA requirement while on the job. This also can be included as part of the NFPA 70E course training.

     For those companies that are looking for potential breaks in insurance rates and caution on the side of safety. Jeff has obtained his certifications as a Defensive Driving Instructor through the National Safety Council as a 4/6 or 8 hour instructor and our facilities also being recognized as a NSC training center. 
    We are one of the few facilities to offer a complete 576 hour course in the electrical trade. Check this web site for dates and times or please contact us for details.
    We are now offering:
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 for General Industry Safety and Health.

Jeff is now an OSHA Authorized General Industry Trainer in accordance with the OSHA Outreach Training Program.

    Jeff has a unique way to tie in all the trainings for the electrical trade when it comes to code, safety, and OSHA requirements for you and/or your company.
